1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was invited for a first round interview after applying through college/university. The first round consisted of two one hour interviews each with 15-20 min personal experience portion and 30-40 min case portion. I was invited to the final round the day after my first rounds and it was the same structure just with 3 principal/partner level interviewers. The interviewers were all very friendly throughout the process and guided me through the case rather than pressuring me for the answers.
