Business Analyst

1. PST (SAT/GMAT style questions); 26 questions, timed and includes verbal and math/problem-solving components
2. 15-minute phone call to assess English proficiency and ask about motivations (pretty standard in non-Anglophone countries). I'm a native speaker, so it wasn't an issue. The interviewer was very friendly and gave me tips for the upcoming interview process.
3. 1st-round interview: two 1-on-1 associate-level interviewers, 45 minutes each. Single behavioral question + case. McKinsey cases have many more problems and are interviewer-led, so you don't need to worry as much about having the perfect structure during the initial portion of the case, as they will ask specific questions to test your knowledge and structured thinking. Interviewers were friendly.
4. Final-round interview: two partner-level interviewers, one hour each. Single behavioral question + case. Case is now much harder, more comprehensive, complex, and have more questions. Prepare well for the case, and practice your structure/synthesizing summary skills. Both partners were also very friendly and professional.
