1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Took a few weeks to get invited to the PST, results came within 1 week, and had the first round in the London office a few weeks later - very impressive building. Competency questions were about working with a team and dealing with conflict. Two cases, one about setting up infrastructure for a new city, and one about a car manufacturer with poor market share in one particular country and a high variance in dealership performance within that country.
