McKinsey was hiring for the Middle East offices in the United States. First they had a resume submission, and there were about 10 people in the room with me who were invited to take the PST. I passed and was invited to Boston for the two day interview process (Saturday and Sunday). The first day I had a regular case interview and a market sizing interview. Those who passed got invited to the second day, which was more of the same but slightly more led by interviewee. Overall, I was too nervous and did not structure properly, but if you practice with things like CIP and Victor Cheng's stuff it shouldn't be too bad to pass and get an offer. It just takes a lot of preparation.
