Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I did some networking and got invited to do an SHL test. After I qualified I was then set up for two video interviews with one Engagement Manager each; for the second round I then had an interview with a junior Partner and full Partner.
The interviews were split into two parts: behavioral (describing a story about leadership), and then technical (open-ended question about a client case).
In the behavioral part I think the interviewers wanted to see whether my mindset was mature and professional, and whether I'd be able to deal with feedback well.
In the technical section they were looking for the ability to structure a problem, and get searching for solutions or high-probability leads that might show how to solve a client problem.
