I applied through a friend who works there, and after one week, I got an e-mail to appear for an Intelligence Test, which resembled a more difficult version of GMAT type questions. I got the results for this test soon after the interview, and was invited to the first round interviews.

First round interviews consisted of three one-on-one interviews, and they were 30 minutes each. The first few minutes were spent talking about my resume and experience, and then we jumped into the case. Each interview was held in this format.

The first two interviews went fine, and I felt I didn't make any glaring mistakes on the case. The third case was about an M&A analysis, and I am pretty sure this is where I got dinged. Looking back, I should have practiced M&A cases more.

I got a call a few days after my first round interviews, and they told me I hadn't made it to the second round. They provided feedback saying that I should have structured my thinking on the cases more.
