Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty standard interview process. First had to take the McKinsey math test. Probably one of the hardest tests I have ever taken, but got through it. Mainly difficult because of the time. Then had a one on one fit interview to discuss my resume, why I wanted to work at McKinsey, why consulting, etc., etc. Next two rounds were case interviews with a different number of McKinsey employees
