Junior Analyst

2 separate 1 hour interviews. One with a senior recruiter/headhunter. One with an engagement manager. First halve is a case study and the second halve consisted of me regurgitating a few stories they advised me to memorize during one of the numerous coaching sessions. The people seemed disinterested as if they ere just going through the motions. They had given my friends and I a lot of coaching for the interviews but the experience was very far from what we were told and taught. I fact we would have fared better without any coaching.
