Junior Associate

Applied online after being recommended by a current member of the office. Got a call to take a written test several hours long in English. The test required good reading comprehension and math skills. After I passed the test I had 2 rounds of case interviews: the first round I interviewed with 3 consultants (Associate, EM and AP) - there is always a behavioral part where they ask about leadership or failure, etc. then there is a case study. People were very nice and did not put any pressure on me - I had time to think. Second round was 3 interviews, this time with partners.
