What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process started with a simple online application - no cover letter required.
Then I was invited to the PST. Practice working fast and accurate is essential to perform well. Speed is required to read the necessary data, analyse it and calculate a solution.
The next step was the first round interviews, two one on one interviews with an Associate and Engagement Manager. The people were lovely and broke the ice on the way to the interview room.
Each interview was almost identical. A profitability case study followed by PEI questions.
The PEI question was the same "working in a team and experienced a conflict/difficulty" - unfortunately I only prepared one such example.
