Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I thought the McKinsey recruiting process was very well thought-out and planned. After receiving my first-round interview, I was paired with an EM as my case buddy, which I thought was immensely helpful, and they held an on-campus practice case workshop for candidates. My actual interview consisted of 2 1-on-1 45-minute interviews with an analyst and then a partner.
