McKinsey Summer Business Analyst

First round was in regional office with two separate one-on-one interviews with analyst/associate-level employees. Each interview was split evenly between a behavioral and case section, and the cases generally came from pre-prepared templates. Was notified I made it to the final round the following Monday (first round was on Friday) by one of my interviewers, who provided pro/con feedback on my performance.

Final round was in the office of my choice (Chicago), with the same one-on-one behavioral/case interview format with three partner/principal-level employees. This time, the cases seemed to moreso come from the partners' real client engagements, and I felt they pressed me on my thinking much harder than in the first round.
