Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process comprised of two rounds of interview.
The first interview was mainly a skill test in which the interviewer sent me a problem finding 1) CAGR of overall sales of commercial vehicles, 2) FPSO from the value chain of oil and gas industry, 3) their major trends, and 4) valid strategies derived from the given data.
I had 3 hours to write up my answers, and I was called into the office after finishing the test to talk about my explanations.
The second round was a high-pressure interview with a little bit of resume run throughs, concept checks and a brain teaser. The brain teaser that I was asked from the second interview was estimating the growth of total market size of the tire industry in China by 2020.
Overall, communications with the interviewers were efficient.
