Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initial behavioral interview by phone. Context of the engagement was billed as an "informational interview", but quickly transitioned into a behavioral. Very engaging recruiter who was easy to talk to. The interview was more like a conversation than an interview, with questions naturally following previous answers. Be prepared for questions surrounding your resume, but not the typical "walk me through your resume". That did occur, but follow on questions were very pointed and in depth. Be able to justify/explain/provide lessons learned from everything you put on your resume.
