Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After initial contact was asked for a 1 hr phone screening after successfully passing this stage was asked to complete an online test (not the PST), attend an online case interview coaching session (apparently non-evaluative), and conduct a single case interview over the phone. After completion of this I was invited to Round 1.
Both round 1 and 2 were the same, with 2 interviews each however round 2 was conducted with firm partners. each interview was generally about 5 minutes of small talk, 15 minutes of personal experience, then a 30 minute case, then about 10 minutes left for any questions I had.
