I first had to take the standard PST. I was invited down to London for an informational session on the interview process, where you were instructed on case interviews and the PST in general. Quite honestly, it was not exceptionally helpful, everything could be learned through a guide.

After that, I took the PST roughly a week later, again in the London office. I was called back the next week for an interview, along with the rest of the kids from my school who made it past that stage (I am not sure about those who did not qualify).

The interviews consisted of two one-on-one sessions. The first half consisted of behavioural questions, and the second consisted of a case study. Quite honestly, the behavioural was the more difficult portion, considering I received some very unusual questions (See below).
