Applied through company website coming from top tier B-school. Not hard to get an interview from top-tier, but still have to pass the interview. Asia HR team flew about 4 partners to NYC, put interviewees up in nice hotel for the weekend. 2 interviews on first day. If you pass (notified that night around midnight), 2 more second day. Was notified that night of offer. All interviews consisted of basic chit-chat (personality assessment) and a consulting question. Tips: put yourself in a mindstate of enjoying the process and getting to meet an interesting person (your interviewer). Don't be afraid to ask for "guidance" (hints) while answering questions. They actually look to see if you are capable of asking for help and how you do it.
