Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The initial round consisted of a Problem Solving Test that is standard for all non-English applicants in Europe. As I study in France, McKinsey made every effort possible to accomodate this at the lowest expense and time cost to both myself and the firm. My reception at the local McKinsey was very professional and I took the test under video surveillance from the HR contact in the Warsaw office.
