Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with applying through on campus recruiting. Contacted within a month for first round interviews. First round interviews consisted of a pen and paper test under time pressure that related to consulting cases. The second part of first round interviews was 2 cases back to back. Each case interview was about an hour long. It consists of 60% case and 40% behavioral. They go very deep into the behavioral part and ask for details such as "what exactly did you say" and "what was the name of the person in your story". Around 1 week turnaround time for then. Then you get an offer for a second round interview. The second round interview has 5 interviewers ranging from directors to engagement managers. Same format, more varied questions.
