Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online on the Capital One website for the summer business analyst position. A few days later I received an email giving me a link to do an online assessment. It consisted of answering of around 50 questions to see what my personality was and if I could do some basic calculations. About a week after doing it I got another email asking me to complete an online case. The case was pretty straightforward and involved an energy company investing in alternative energy sources. Had 2 breakeven analyses and some other basic calculations. Completed about 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything back.
