Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After passing the 1st round interview which consists 2 back-to-back interviews, one of the 1st round interviewers called me and gave me some feedback upon the interview. That's really encouraging and make me feel more comfortable and respected. Though I failed the final round, I still believe McKinsey has the most considerate hiring process compared to other top consulting firms. (experience only applies to their offices in mainland China)
