Summer Business Analyst

Signed up for an interview on on-campus recruiting by submitting my resume. A current BA called me to walk me through the expectations for the interview and provide some pointers on how to approach a case interview. I showed up on the day of the interview and had 3 one-on-ones with consultants of various tenures. Two were engagement managers, one was a partner. The case studies had a small amount of printed material, but mostly were verbal exchanges. The cases themselves took only about half the time. The second half was more 'fit' based and consistent of questions about challenges overcome, weaknesses, etc. I received an offer via phone call that night.
