Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Streamlined recruiting process. Starting with online assessment Solve, fairly easy. And then HR interview with mostly motivational questions. After that first round interview with an associate. My interviewer arrived late and left early, seemed in a rush, and didn't give me the chance to ask a question. The interview consists of two parts, a case and motivational questions. After this round would be final interview, but didn't get there.
