Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Recruiting at ivy league college for winter internship. Consisted of resume/cover letter drop with McKinsey online application. Then notification of acceptance for interviews, followed by optional online case interview prep sessions, case interview help from current McKinsey consultants, and the McKinsey PST the night before interviews started. Interviews consisted of 2 45 min interviews, starting with 15 min talking about an experience (talk about a time you influenced others or worked in a team) then 30 min case interview (led by interviewer)
