Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a first round phone interview from a resume drop through my school's career office. The phone interview consisted of mainly fit and behavioral questions. The next round was a multi-interview rotation at the office in Philly. It consisted of 6 different 30 minute interviews/conversations. -Two 1 on 1 behavioral interviews with 2 different associates -1 case study -1 quantitative test -1 on 1 lunch convo with an analyst -1 session with an associate who walks you through one of their projects Case wasn't too difficult but you have to remember this is for compensation consulting not management/strategy so keep that in mind when approaching the case. Overall, it was a pretty laid back crew. It definitely wasn't as stressful as I expected it to be. I didn't get an offer though.
