Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a video interview. A lot of the questions they asked me were situation-based questions, such as you working in a group and one member isn't contributing as much as everyone else. What do you do in this situation?
The interview started off well until they started asking me some really difficult questions such as how would you explain the cloud to a 7-year old.
