Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Got a 30-min on campus interview first.This includes general question, like why Microsoft, which division and some coding question.
After a week, got invite onsite for 5 rounds of interview, all 1 on 1.
These five are all technical interviews, including white board coding, bug fix and code style check.
Usually they would pause before the 4th one starts. If there is more than 2 no in the first 3 round, you would be send home directly without 4th and 5th interview.
