Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Interviews actually organized pretty well, I must say. The hiring recruiter just asked me general questions about my education, and understanding on corporate finance (the lady was literally starring into my soul, I digress). That interview went smoothly she asked my questions like, "What is corporate finance?" "Why Microsoft?" (You know the basic questions to pre-screen candidates to pass them through or reject their applications.) I am tired just typing this out remembering how tedious and dull the interviews, all together their were four of them.
