Interview

Hiring process started with submitting application and then completing SJT tests. After this, there was an interview with 2 members of the team (DCM) which was mostly technical with a few competency questions asked. Finally, we were progressed to a final interview with the MD of the desk who was very relaxed and just had a general chat about myself. After this came the offer which I accepted. Really enjoyed the smoothness and speed of the application process.

Interview Questions

Was asked about how the balance sheet is used for issuing loans and what to look for when issuing loans.
