MUFG SA 2021

Hiring process had incredibly quick turn around, under 3 weeks from first round to offer. Not technical at all, only asked to walk through DCF/advantages of debt in capital structure.
First contact was with SA alum who received a return offer. Then current associate from regional school spoke during student org. meeting. Got on a call with analyst, got a handful of referrals from different groups, first round ~1 week from info session.
Interview planning: I was given ~30 available time slots over two days, picked my top three, then was scheduled during slot with two associates.
For superday: I was asked top three groups, interviewed with 2, earlier interviewers recommended me for another group. Other interviewees only received two group interviews.
Superday was one day, 6 interviews, 2 with each group. Entirely behavioral. Looking for culture fit and genuine knowledge of the firm.
Know the firm, was told the most important answer is the "Why MUFG" so understand the bank inside and out, especially your top groups.
