Process took about one to two months from application to the actual Superday. There was a first round with an MD over Zoom, then a Superday invite which consisted of 4 rounds with people within different divisions of the bank (also virtual). Interview format was odd however, because Corporate Banking & Investment Banking are grouped into one application. Because of this , once you make the first round you receive a Superday invite along with an email requesting you pick your top three groups, but MUFG also gets to place you in a group to interview with who they believe you will be a good fit. I ended up doing two rounds with a group I had no interest in and did not include in my top three picks. Ended up accepting the offer with IB in their strongest group.
