The process moved very fast. From the first to the last interview merely 2 weeks passed and consisted of 10 total interviews, with increasing seniority per stage. The first interview was very technical and asked the usual questions concerning valuation methods, accounting and industry knowledge. Inbetween and towards the end the interviews were primarily behavioural and of motivational type. Interviews 4-5 were very technical again and also included multiple paperback LBOs and other, more advanced technicals.
