Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied on the company website. Received a call from a recruiter to do a phone interview. He asked the standard questions about my background. Received an email from the hiring manager two days later to set up an in-person interview. Met with the hiring manager, he explained the position and asked why I thought I would be a good fit. Received a call from Corporate HR a week later with an offer.
