Eagle Strategies called me a few days after I applied online and scheduled me in for an interview within a few days. I had a great interviewer, he was very driven, easy to converse with and had a sense of humor. Personality is very important for this company, as the interviewer emphasized several times. Be sure to be enthusiastic and show that you are someone who is easy to get a long with and will be able to win over a client's trust. If you know business owners, thats a great plus! I found the environment to be great; as i mentioned earlier, the interviewer was very supportive and thorough with explaining what the job position entailed. He also offered me advice regarding career paths. The Irvine office is in a gorgeous location! They called me in for the second interview, however I was relocating so i could not pursue the opportunity, but overall, it seemed like a great company with great people and lots of opportunity to grow :)
