Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I went to a career fair at school in October, and two weeks later received a phone call to set up the first interview. I went to the interview and just asked me what do I know about the company, what kind of opportunity I am looking for, what are my experience, when can I start to work. Then the manager asked me to do a personality test online in the office.
