1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the interview through a referral. The interview was very straightforward. Talked about why I choose finance as my major? Why I was interested in equity research and etc? The whole interview process was very conversational. It did not really consist of the interviewer asking me direct questions. We talked a lot about where I was from and sports. Overall, it was a good experience and the interviewer was laid back.
