Institutional Equity Sales

The process was great, I had an initial phone interview with the hiring manager. This was followed by an in person interview that lasted around 3 hours. I met with the hiring manager, met with a couple managing partners of the firm, met with a couple equity analysts and finally some traders. They did some internal consulting and decided to move me forward to the next phase. I had to read a few different research reports and answer questions about them, talk about how I would pitch the companies to investors, find the salient points, look for errors or omissions, and decide what was important to convince someone to invest in those companies.
