Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I met first with two senior analysts, separately. Then I had a phone interview with the Director of Research. A few weeks later I was asked to submit a writing sample. A week later I was asked to summarize a press release. After that, I had a second round of interviews with the same analysts and also the Head of Investment Banking for the sector.
