Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Got the interview through a connection I made during my internship in New York City. Interview only consisted of 4 interviews, 30 minutes each. The people I met were great, easy to talk to. Very technical interview, maybe because I already had an internship at a boutique investment bank. After nailing the technical questions, all my other interviews were behavioral/conversations. Overall positive experience, and I really enjoyed talking to the people. Received an offer two weeks later. I believe their process is a lot different than other banks, and there aren't really set deadlines.
