Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It consisted of three broad stages. Initial submission of resume and cover letter, two interviews conducted at target school or London office and finally a three interviews at the London office. Interviews were a mix of market sizing and business case studies with a presentation and personal fit interview added at the final stage. First stage of case interviews at target schools was done CV blind. I believe that numbers went from 2000>120>20 at each stage and they eventually hired 6 or so (I am not 100% as I did not receive an offer following final round interviews).
