Interview
Initially referred by a recruiter who passed my resume to Point72 BD team. Was then contacted by Point72's BD for an initial call that was very high-level in terms of why the transition from sell-side, why Point72, and some questions on my research process. Spoke briefly on the teams that were recruiting and then eventually was sent a modeling test and the Wonderlic. Initial BD had a pretty uninterested tone from the beginning and didn't hear back after the two tests.
Interview Questions
This was initially when I was coming from sell-side research and there was way more emphasis on why the transition than I would have expected from the BD call. Also have a coherent idea on how to explain your investment process when it comes to researching stocks.

Interview
I applied online via the LinkedIn job posting. The first thing I had to do was a survey where they asked 3 questions. After that I had to do the modelling test. I did not make it past the modelling test (3-statement, flowing model). The modelling test you were given a company then asked to analyze it, prepare a 3-statement linked model and an investment write up.

Resume submission first and then a questionnaire, followed by a case study. After the case study, you'll be moved to a 20min interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was late for 10min and didn't seem that interested from the beginning, but the questions she asked were very reasonable.
