1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Simple on campus interview in career center with a director. No real questions or technicals, more just a conversation about my background and interests. Invited to office interviews/superday, met with 6 different people in FSR to interview. Switched in and out with my competition, which were 6 individuals- some MBA students, some undergrad.
