Interview
First had to complete cognitive assessments. These had to be completed within 7 days of the invitation. These tested numerical and verbal reasoning skills. Maths questions involved lots of percentage calculations. Then if successful you get invited to a video one-way interview. This had to also be completed within 7 days of invitation. Questions were stuff like 'how do you align with our values?' and 'when is a time that you had to work in a team?' I was not successful past this stage.
Interview Questions
Most challenging thing about the interview process was the time in which you had to complete the assessments. The actual questions were not that difficult.
