On campus information session followed by application online. The same people who did the info session were involved in hiring so make sure they know who you are.

Need about A- average for an interview, unless there is something else that makes you stand out. Interviews were 2 separate 1 on 1 interviews by Manager/Partner. Generally was pretty laid back, they have behavioural interview questions they are supposed to ask but my interviewers didn't, they just wanted to get to know me a little. Other classmates were grilled with behavioural questions and said it was kind of tough.

Two nights after the interviews there was a meet and greet with the staff. This is really important as the all staff have input so make an effort to meet everyone and make some connections. Offers came out the next day.
