Please describe the interview / hiring process.
PwC started like all big four interviews, with networking events and behavioral interviews, the final interview was a super day, and I had interviews with two partners, a manager, and a director. They were unlike the other big 4 interviews, the first was a personality interview to see if I fit with the firm, the second was a professional knowledge interview, like general business knowledge from current news to trends in the economy. The third interview was technical skills with one of their IT architects. I had prior SAP GRC implementation experience during an internship so I was able to go through this easily. He then asked some accounting questions I was not completely familiar with. The last interview was an overall interview with one of the head partners.
Denver office is small but cool. Everyone at the firm was great and associates reached out on their personal time to get to know me and make sure I was happy with the firm.
