Corporate Finance Intern

The hiring process was simple, I applied online through the campus recruiting database after I had met with a Prudential representative at a campus networking event. I then had a one-on-one interview on campus with their representative. The interview ran approximately 25 minutes. Their representative gave a long introduction of himself and his career before asking me to run through my resume in a similar manner. He then went on to discuss the position and the responsibilities it entailed prior to opening the interview up for Q&A. He stated that the next round of interviews would be at Prudential's headquarters in Newark, NJ and would be conducted with senior executives of the company.
