FT Investment Analyst

First I dropped my resume through OCR. Within a few days I received an email telling me that I had received a first round interview. The first round interview was one on one with senior management. It was rather laid back and behavioral more so than technical. After the first round, I was prompted by another email to take an online personality test and intelligence test that consisted of some LSAT type logic questions. A few days later I learned that I had received a final round interview. The company flew me up to the city of their office the day before the final round interviews. All of the candidates then met up and had dinner and drinks with all of the analysts, and then some people went out for more drinks after dinner. The next morning, we met at the office and had breakfast followed by a 1 hour written test, which was fairly straight forward and simple. We then proceeded to have 5 back to back interviews; some one on one and some in groups. About 2 hours after the interviews were over, I received a phone call with my offer, which I accepted. All in all, the process was not too difficult and quite pleasant. Everyone was very nice and none of the technical questions were very hard.
