Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The recruiting process with Prudential went very smoothly and was well organized. I interviewed first on campus with two associates, and then in the Atlanta office with 6 different directors, principals, and MDs, and finally in Chicago for superday with 8 different hiring managers. The first round consisted of basic real estate technical questions, such as walk me through a property's cash flow statement, how do you calculate the debt service coverage ratio, and what is a cap rate. The second round consisted of a case study, and the typical fit interview questions. The superday built upon the previous rounds with the addition of brain teasers. What impressed me the most with the company was the culture, the general likability of everyone I interviewed with, and the work life balance.
