Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First step in the interview process was an online skills test that felt very much like an LSAT practice exam combined with personality test. I didn't see it coming so I panicked a bit (it was timed) but somehow squeeked through. I then was invited to an over the phone interview, which was brief and pretty standard. I got the sense my former boss was just trying to make sure I wasn't a loon. She sent me a case study to review prior to the in-office (skills test). Then I only had one in -office interview which consisted of a A) One-on-one with three different principals and B) a group interview conducted by two current analysts. The first one-on-one was a quiz on the case study essentially, while the other two were interviews were pretty much just conversational. FULL DISCLOSURE: I got hired "off-cycle" which meant I didn't have to go to Super Day. The pre-screening and over the phone are the same for Super Day, however the "in-office" is actually a flight to Chicago and a day of interviews, more like 6-7 one-on-ones with Principals/MDs. I understand that is way more intense, with typical brain teaser type questions smattered into the conversations. If you can manage to get hired off-cycle, try to do so! Oh, and they did take me out to lunch which was nice.
