Investment Analyst Position

Started with an on campus interview, followed with a hint of a super day invite during the interview (recieved an official invite a couple of days later). Had to do a personality test and an intelligence test (weren't too bad). Had the super day the following weekend, approximately had 13 people there and were planning on taking 1. Met all the top guys in the office with 1 on 1 interviews. Very behavioral and relatively light on technical, wanted to see if I understood debt, the company and what it takes to make a good investment.
